Hey, I’m Kate.

I’m so glad you’re here. Let me tell you why I started Flow & Bells.

I created Flow & Bells from a desire to simplify movement.

Somewhere between sporadic workout programs, content overload, and the pressure to always do more, movement started to feel complicated. I wanted a practice with the structure of a program but the flexibility to adapt to real life—one you could return to at any time without feeling like you were falling behind or starting over.

Inspired by my own experiences playing competitive sports, strength and kettlebell training, and practicing yoga, I wanted a framework I could return to week after week that incorporated all the ways I like to move, while building resilience for the long term.

As someone who struggles to stick with workout routines and likes to move based on how I feel that day, I wanted to create something that would stand the test of time while giving my body a little dose of everything it needs through strength, power, mobility, and yoga.

The goal isn't to constantly chase new exercises or heavier weights. By reducing decision fatigue and focusing on consistency and repetition, the framework gives you a simple way to measure progress—not just by the number on the weight, but by moving with greater confidence, control, and ease.

The beauty of the framework is that it works with you—it can complement your existing yoga practice, stand on its own as a weekly program, or simply be there on the days you know what your body wants but don’t know where to start.

Strength. Power. Mobility. Integrated Through Yoga.
