Flow & Bells Yoga

Try this condensed version to see if the Flow & Bells method is for you.
The full version is 45-55 minutes, with the training focus and vinyasa flow around the same length.

Coming Summer 2026

Train it. Then flow it.

You love yoga, but you also know that strength, power, and mobility have a place alongside your regular practice. The challenge is figuring out how to fit it all together without turning it into one more thing you have to keep up with.

Flow & Bells Yoga gives you a repeatable framework for training strength, power, and mobility, then integrating those movement patterns into a vinyasa flow.

It’s structure without being rigid. A program you can return to again and again, while still leaving room for your current practice and other training.

Four sessions. On purpose.

The full program includes four follow-along sessions:
• Strength
• Power
• Mobility A — Hips & Spinal Rotation
• Mobility B — Shoulders & Spinal Flexion/Extension

They’re meant to be repeated.

Think of it like a Sun Salutation A or B: the sequence stays familiar, but your practice continues to progress. Flow & Bells Yoga works the same way — as the movements become more familiar, you can adjust the load, explore more range, improve control, or simply notice how the same movements start to feel different over time.

Each session is 40–50 minutes. You'll warm up, train the focus, integrate those movement patterns into a vinyasa flow, then cool down, with coaching and movement cues throughout, and the option to adjust the session length depending on your schedule.

Use Flow & Bells Yoga as a structured weekly program or simply choose the session your body needs that day.

Your Flow & Bells Yoga Guide

Along with the four sessions, you’ll get a downloadable guide with:
• An introduction video explaining how to use the framework
• A guide on how to progress over time
• Printable progress tracker sheets
• A complete Movement Library with:
- Exercise demonstrations
- Modifications, progressions, and common mistakes
- Movement pattern alternatives so you can meet yourself where you’re at,

progress when you’re ready, or adjust for your body and available
equipment

The goal is simple: keep strength, power, and mobility in the mix consistently enough that it adds up over time — so you can keep doing the things you love for years to come.
